| The Estate covers over 35 acres and features a Wedding garden
area with a European-styled fountain and covered Pergola covered
with vines, and sweeping lawns that make an ideal location for
an outdoor wedding and memorable photographing scenes. |
The Wedding gardens feature a 100' pergola with twelve-
foot lighted columns. Small weddings can be hosted
under the pergola during the summertime.
A fifteen foot diameter, and twelve-foot tall fountain
sits on a level lawn that is ideal for a large tent that
can seat 200 with a dance floor. |

afternoon weddings looking for a complete reception package and

with open cocktail hour and hors d'oeuvres passed by tuxedoed staff
with white gloves, a up-scale dinner entree offering with wine service
throughout dinner, and wedding cake service. Ideal for a
weekend destination wedding at the Hartness House for all your
friends and family. |
| The Country Classic Wedding package offers
you a private indoor reception including cash, or optional
open, cocktail hour, hors d'oeuvres, soup or salad, choice of
dinner entrees, and wedding cake service. A separate private
room with hardwood dance floor is included. Ideal for a
weekend destination wedding at the Hartness House for all your
friends and family. |
| The Vermont Nuptial
Wedding package offers
you a private indoor reception including cash, or optional

| The Hartness Main House is the original mansion
constructed by James Hartness. It features a total of eleven
rooms: two suites, three Superior rooms, and six Standard rooms. The
Hartness Main House offers wireless high-speed Internet, complimentary
Hostess Bar and Refreshment Center, antique furnishings, Cable remote
TV's, private baths, telephones with voicemail, DVD players,
CD players, clock radios, A/C, private heating controls, and direct
access to restaurant and tavern. |
| The Victorian Wing is connected to the Hartness
Main House by a corridor and features 8 individually decorated rooms,
four of the rooms have interconnecting doors. All rooms have
cable remote TV's, private baths, telephones with voicemail, clock
radios, A/C and private heating controls. |
| The Carriage Wing connected to the Hartness
Main House by a corridor and features 24 identically, contemporary
decorated rooms, two of the rooms are oversized Superior class rooms. All
rooms have cable remote TV's, private baths, telephones with voicemail,
clock radios, A/C, and private heating controls. The Carriage
Wing uses ramps instead of stairs for handicap and senior accessibility. |
