This cake comes with three layers of 6", 10" and 14" serving 154. Also available without the top layer, this cake can serve 138. The cake includes pareil teardrops surrounding all layers. Things to Consider when selecting your Wedding Cake
To help choose the perfect cake, consider the details of your wedding such as theme, time of day, season, colors, and whether the reception will be held indoors or out. |
Icing, border and flower colors can be customized to match your wedding colors. You may want to provide a fabric color swatch to help choose the best matching icing colors. |

Increase the number of servings by adding coordinating sheet cakes. |
A groom's cake that expresses your fiance's special interests can be selected. The groom's cake is traditionally darker, usually chocolate, than the wedding cake and is usually cut up and sent home with the guests or served at the rehearsal dinner. |
Your cake table should include: two plates, two forks, two napkins, a glass of warm water, an extra towel to wipe off the knife and a plate or tray for the decorations as they are removed from the cake. |
Make your wedding photographs more memorable by adding special touches to your cake table with rose petals, candles, tealights, fruits, family photographs, toasting glasses or floral arrangements from the bridal party. Dress up the table with elelgant fabrics, such as organza and tuille or heirloom linens. |
The average wedding cake slice is 1" by 2" and three tiers can serve between 50 to 100 guests. For a reception with more than 200, consider five layers or adding additional coordinating sheet cakes. |
The top tier of your wedding cake can be frozen to enjoy on your first anniversary. If you choose to freeze your cake, remember to: remove any sugar flowers and set them aside; wrap the cake in several layers of plastic wrap to prevent drying - do not use aluminum foil; and store the cake in the coldest part of your freezer. |
